We offer delicious coffee, cakes, breakfast, brunch, lunch and takeouts with vegan options!

We have a 5* hygiene rating and are Covid friendly. Choose from a selection of homemade cakes, soups, sandwiches, pasties and more! Our ingredients are locally sourced too.

Our Café has outdoor seating and overlooks our quarry, so if your friends or family are trying our Via Ferrata, you can watch them in action! It’s also a great way to see what a Via Ferrata is if you’re considering it! We encourage people to book in advance, but there may be space on the day if you’re lucky. Wild play areas for kids aged 3-10

Are you looking for fun wild play activities for your children? Let your kids swing through the trees on our ropes or go wild in our muddy play area!

We’re a huge fan of mud – science has shown its crucial role in building strong immune systems, something that’s needed even more now in our sanitised world. Plus, there’s growing evidence to say that it increases our serotonin levels (we always knew it!). So, why not let your kids get creative and use their imagination with their own mud play ideas! Whether they’re measuring out ingredients to make mud cakes, building sculptures, throwing mud balls or even working together to create an entire village, they’re sure to have a fun and happy time, no matter their age. What better way to help your children learn and fall in love with nature! You can grab a take-out coffee and cake and explore and play with them.

Want to unwind, get back to nature and explore? Check out our beautiful nature trails for kids and adults!

We’re working with the Cornwall Wildlife Trust to develop exciting nature trails that take you through our diverse habitat zones.

Our remote site is full of amazing wildlife. Check out our bug zones, grassland area, forest and wet woodland with our nature trail activity sheets and learn amazing facts!

Amongst the squirrels, birds and rabbits, we’ve even spotted the occasional red deer. We’ve proactively encouraged wildlife by introducing five full hives of bees on-site and planting 400 trees. We find tones of frog spawn in our quarries each year too!
