Our Coasteering reviews
“A group of us booked the quarrysteering, age range from 9 up to 40. We had a fantastic instructor called Gary who was amazing. He made the experience by encouraging the smaller ones of our group to push themselves further than we expected, everyone had so much fun. It’s a day that won’t be forgotten by the kids and adults!” – Adrian Woollas
“Our instructor Paul was incredible. Wetsuits were provided which kept us all warmer than we expected…Paul stated that he would show us the climbs / jumps and leave it up to the individual whether this was in their comfort zone to attempt...He didn’t put any pressure on anyone if they were nervous” – Ian.

How safe is coasteering?
Our coasteering is incredibly safe. As well as being in a sheltered quarry, our instructors are all fully qualified. We have also undertaken thorough risk assessments to ensure your utmost safety.
Do I need to be a good swimmer?
Since there is no wind or tide movement, we do not have any swimming requirements.
What fitness level do I need?
We cater for all abilities and an average fitness level is needed, but there are no height or weight limits.
What if the height scares me?
We have a range of heights, so you can start off small and see how you go! If you get to the top and want to duck out, you can scramble back down again.
All the kit is provided, including good quality wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets. You can also store your belongings in our locker room. So, all you need to bring are shoes to wear in the water (or wet suit boots), a swimming costume to wear under the wet suit and a towel. You can also bring your own wetsuit if you have one.
Will the session get cancelled in bad weather?
Sessions still go ahead in rainy weather and our wetsuits will help to keep you warm!
