Prize Draw Terms & conditions
  • The promoter of the contest is Via Ferrata Cornwall.
  • Facebook is not sponsoring or endorsing this prize draw, nor are they responsible for the entrants or participants in any way.
  • Employees of Via Ferrata Cornwall or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
  • The prize is one £30 activity voucher, to be used in 2025 on any activity at Via Ferrata Cornwall subject to availability but excludes purchases at The Cornish Barista’s on-site Café.
  • The prize draw begins on 10th April 2025 and ends on 16th April 2025. One winner will be drawn at random on 17th April 2025. The promoter reserves the right to change the beginning or end date.
  • The winner will be notified on 17th April 2025 via a reply from Via Ferrata Cornwall to their comment on the prize draw Facebook post. Instructions on how to claim the prize will follow. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner or cancel the prize.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
  • No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. 
  • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
  • Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • You are providing your information to Via Ferrata Cornwall and not to any other party. 
  • The competition will be void where prohibited.
  • Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
