Rock climbing in Cornwall is one of the best adventures to have. It’s fun, challenging and perfect for getting close to nature!
Join us near Falmouth to learn climbing techniques, try out different routes and enjoy some adrenaline! You’re sure to feel a great sense of achievement when you reach the top, before letting go and abseiling down!
Our climbing routes for kids aged 8+ and adults are perfect for complete beginners through to intermediates.
Cornish Rock climbing
Rock climbing for kids and adults @ £30pp Duration: 2 hours. Minimum age: 8.
Tackle our climbing routes amongst stunning scenery! As well as using our climbing holds you can use the natural rock crevices, making this activity perfect for kids and those with some prior climbing experience.
Our expert instructors will teach you technique and safety, so you can enjoy a fun challenge whilst knowing you’re in safe hands. We’ll also teach you how to belay, so you can take turns to watch and help each other.
Parents must supervise children under 18.

Coming as a family with different ages?
There’s something for everyone! There’s The Cornish Barista’s Cafe which overlooks the quarry and offers amazing cakes and lunch. You could also grab a takeaway and explore our adventure nature trails. Finally, there’s a wild play area and muddy play for under 10’s.

Frequently asked questions
Is rock climbing safe?
All our instructors are fully qualified and we have undertaken thorough risk assessments, so our climbing is incredibly safe.
What fitness level do I need?
We cater for all abilities and an average fitness level is needed. The maximum weight is 110kg.
What if the height scares me?
Our rock climbing can be as challenging as you like and there is never any pressure to reach the top. So, simply let your instructor know when you’re ready to come down and we’ll help you through it.
What’s included?
All the kit is provided, including good quality harnesses and helmets. You can also store your belongings in our locker room. So, all you need to bring is yourself, wearing clothes and trainers that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty.
Will the session get cancelled in bad weather?
Sessions still run in rainy weather, but if it pours down, we have a backup indoor climbing wall!

Group rock climbing
Groups enjoy our rock climbing too! We cater for: stag and hen parties, birthday parties, private adventure sessions for family and friends, corporate away days and school and youth group trips.
