Looking for Stand Up Paddleboarding taster sessions in Cornwall? Join us in our serene quarry water – the perfect place to learn to SUP without being at the mercy of the tides!
Our stand up paddleboarding taster sessions take place on our stunning site near Falmouth, surrounded by lush greenery and away from crowded beaches! We’ll teach you technique and be on hand to help. Children aged 6+ can take part, making this ideal for families and groups, whatever your age and ability! This is incredibly fun – just be prepared that you might get a dunking!

Stand Up Paddleboarding is a hugely popular activity. It’s fun, guarantees some hilarious moments and once you’ve got the hang of it, allows you to explore beautiful places. You’ll be led by our friendly and qualified instructors, so you can fully relax and enjoy the moment!
On-site there’s a cafe and adventure nature trails to explore, making this the ideal place for a family day out.
Parents must supervise children under 18.

Frequently asked questions
What fitness level do I need?
We cater for all abilities and a low-medium fitness level is required.
Do I need to be a good swimmer?
Since there is no wind or tide movement, we do not have any swimming requirements, but you will need to be confident in the water.
All the kit is provided and you can hire wetsuits where needed. You can also store your belongings in our locker room. So, all you need to bring is a towel, spare clothes, old trainers to wear on the water and swim wear. You could also bring your own wetsuit if you have one.
Will the session get cancelled in bad weather?
Sessions still run in rainy weather and are just as fun!
